Currently I am working for Xerox in the Card Services division which handles the disbursement of government benefit payment programs like Social Security, Child Support, Unemployment, SNAP (Food Stamps), and more.

As a part of the Performance Optimization Management team, I work with Business Analysts, Financial Analysts, and Data Analysts to strategically optimize business processes, the Cardholder (client) life cycle, and various interfaces to improve the user experience while increasing cost savings, revenue, and overall business efficiency.

Since the government has converted the distribution of beneficiary payments from paper checks to debit cards, Cardholders can now go online to check their balance and manage their account. You can view the EPPICard website here, which displays the website design, logo and branding I created. As an extension, I also designed the interface for Xerox Card Services first mobile application, as featured on the left.
